We consistently aim to do the right thing. We wish to be an example for those around us and to bring value to the communities in which we operate, fully aware that we are guests in a world to be preserved.
The Code of Ethics is both a reference and a tool for all of us. It helps us correctly direct our actions toward growth and achieving Ghella’s mission: building excellence in the most innovative and sustainable manner.

MESSAGE FROM OUR PRESIDENT
Enrico Ghella, President and CEO-
“Ethics and respect for work: this has always been the underlying premise of how I operate this business. We work around the globe, with different cultures and laws. Everyone at Ghella is an ambassador not only of our skills and personality, which define the company’s indissoluble uniqueness, but also of a name that represents our company, and my family.”
-
These are the shared values that bind us. The values that permit us to overcome barriers imposed by distance, to value the uniqueness of each individual, to confront day-to-day challenges and a single, expanded team.
The objective of building excellence can only be achieved if we set out from this essential resource, the pillar of our Code of Ethics, and the foundation of our project to be sustainable.
-
People are our most precious resource. Their safety is paramount.
Our Code of Ethics deals with ensuring safety and security, above all in the workplace. With training, respect and care for the environment, anticorruption and conflict of interest, protection of competition, the use of company equipment, the handling of confidential information and guaranteeing privacy.
Without forgetting to nurture passion and teamwork.

We are all like connected islands. To bring about a sustainable future we must all share a grand vision and common ethics.
This is why we involve stakeholders in the definition and implementation of our strategy for sustainability. We ask them to share our values and participate in spreading our ethical principles, transparency, protection of the environment, the promotion of safety and responsibility toward communities.
