After more than eighteen years since the idea was first proposed, through the efforts, generosity and persistence of many individuals and organizations, John Holland CPB Ghella (JHCPBG) has helped deliver and complete the ‘McCullough Way’ accessible pathway for our charity partner Bear Cottage Children's Hospice.
The specially designed path provides the families at NSW’s only children’s hospice with a wheel-chair friendly thoroughfare to the beach through a beautiful area of bushland in Manly.
It has been our privilege to join with the Tony McCullough Foundation, the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network, the Sydney Catholic Archdiocese and the other kind supporters and staff of Bear Cottage to complete this very deserving project.
Watch the video featuring also Marco Fontana, Managing Director of Ghella PTY, explaining why it was so important for Ghella to take part in this project.
A huge thank you and congratulations again to our staff and generous subcontractors, who freely donated their time, resources and materials to make this pathway a reality.
